Training Services

Relavis has a broad range of training services available to our customers for all of our products. Our instructors possess in-depth CRM knowledge and industry expertise along with many years of classroom and web-based training experience. Our training consultants will work with you to design a training program suited to your specific users, business needs and implementation plans. The Relavis Training team provides a variety of user and technical training options. We provide base product and custom training delivered on-site in a traditional classroom environment or remotely via web-based classroom.

The value add of the Relavis services team is that in addition to a thorough understanding of our products, the instructors are uniquely adept at effectively incorporating your business processes into the training program. Each customer’s implementation is different. Using their expertise, our instructors can advise you on how to present the training in a manner that will deliver the highest degree of comprehension, usability, and retention. Once our instructors develop your custom class and workbook, they are ready to conduct your pilot and rollout training.

We also offer Train-the-Trainer classes for those customers who will use internal staff to train their users. Our technical classes are also offered at our Open Classes in New York City. If you have less than six people that need to attend a class, it may be more cost effective to send them to an open class. Multiple seat discounts are available for all of our open classes.
