Services for the Collaborative Workplace
Our services organization provides business application expertise, technical know-how and in-depth product knowledge to complement our products. These core competencies assist our global customers and partners in achieving desired implementation outcomes and faster time to deployment. We accomplish this by delivering high quality services utilizing proven, proprietary methodologies and best practices and by developing strong relationships with our customers. Our services group is organized into two practices: Consulting, Training and Support.
Consulting Services
Our consulting practice includes implementation planning, system and resource evaluation, back-office integration design, project management, business requirements analysis, application development, configuration and activation. Our consulting experience and methodologies span small pilot projects to large global implementations. Our consulting practice management professionals have developed implementation strategies to accommodate varying customer size and scope. And, our QuickSuccess implementation approach has been extremely successful with a wide variety of customers to enable users to be up and running and achieving measurable results within 4-6 weeks.
Training Services
Our education practice includes documentation preparation, user training and technical training for product administrators and developers. We deliver these education services both at the customer locations and in open learning center classrooms. Training is critical to successful CRM implementations and our experienced instructors utilize a business process approach to user training to ensure that the training is tailored to each customer’s unique requirements and objectives.
