A Relavis Project Manager will be assigned to work with you to ensure the overall success of your project and to educate and coach your Project Manager regarding effective implementation strategies.

Project Kickoff

Prior to the kickoff meeting, preliminary planning and coordination with the Relavis project manager will assure a productive meeting. Key project team members will meet with the Relavis project team to discuss expectations and establish the foundation for the implementation project. This meeting usually involves a Relavis project manager and a technical consultant.

Configuration Analysis

In order to accurately prepare for your BRD meeting and subsequent implementation, it is important for the project team to synthesize information from many areas of the organization, such as network architecture, hardware specifications, business processes, details about workflow, security requirements, and other considerations. Relavis will work with key project team members to identify necessary information from all areas of the organization.

Business Requirements Definition Meeting

Our combined project team will participate in this milestone of the implementation project. We will review all aspects and considerations that encompass the project scope for this implementation. We will perform a detailed analysis, determining the configuration and customization requirements, which will include analysis of process workflow, data integration, reporting requirements, security, and will also consider rollout planning, training, and support.

As a result of the BRD Meeting, our Business Analyst and Developer will work together after the meeting to deliver the following documents:

Application Walk-through

This meeting is held after the initial customizations have been completed. During an application walkthrough, a Relavis project manager and a technical consultant guide the project team through a demonstration of the customized product. The purpose of this meeting is to confirm that the customizations are in accordance with user requirements identified as part of the business requirements session.

Post-Deployment Meeting

This meeting may be held after initial deployment to the pilot team has been accomplished. This is an opportunity to assess aspects of the implementation prior to wide-scale rollout and review any additional factors that may require additional enhancements or other services.
