Tracking of structured and unstructured information across all touch points begins with identification and qualification of a lead. Project opportunities are managed in eSales in Notes but are inherited automatically when a new project is created and executed in the ProjExec Workplace portal. Using eSales2ProjExec with the Workplace Managed Client provides a single integrated user experience.

Global Project Calendar

eSales2ProjExec treats personal and project calendars as a single integrated resource. Creation of tasks or actions with eSales2ProjExec calls on Domino calendaring and scheduling to verify resource availability across all projects. Calendar views both in Notes and ProjExec display a combination of personal information and project task and activity assignments.

Bi-directional Database Integration

Information from the Domino and Workplace application domains are each accessible from within the other providing bi-directional integration of contacts and opportunities. eSales2ProjExec is the first solution to provide a Workplace application seamlessly integrated with Domino 7 using SOA and web services.

Extended Contextual Collaboration

eSales2ProjExec leverages the collaborative capabilities of Domino and Workplace and further extends them with advanced ad-hoc contextual collaboration. Fully integrated and searchable, threaded discussion forums can be launched in real-time in the context of any entity within the solution set. Integrated team spaces for discussion of project topics provide a collaboration alternative to instant messaging across time zones.
