Relavis Partner Types

The Relavis Business Partner Program offers three different types of Partnership agreements. The first type, IBM Solutions Proven Partners, will not be recruited by Relavis, but rather will enter the program exclusively through IBM, and will not be required to sign a Relavis Reseller Agreement. The remaining two types of Partnerships, Premier and Strategic, will make up the official Relavis Business Partner Program. They allow a Partner to choose different levels of commitment they would like to make, each having corresponding levels of commitment and value from Relavis. IBM Solutions Proven Partner

This program is designed for IBM Business Partner companies who are interested in expanding their eBusiness offerings in the CRM space, but have not decided to commit themselves to a full relationship with Relavis. In fact, they do not sign a Relavis agreement. Basically, any one of IBM’s Business Partners can sign up for this category and have the opportunity to resell and implement the Relavis solution. Even though these Partners receive a comprehensive enablement kit with sales, marketing and technical tools and have the ability to obtain training, they receive a fairly low discount, and do not receive payment terms from Relavis. Again, this is the starting point for most Partners. In reality, we will select appropriate Partners from this “pool” of interested candidates, and migrate them to one of the Relavis Partnerships listed below.

Relavis “Premier” Partner

This program is designed for companies who have Customer Relationship Management (Sales, Customer Service and Marketing) "know how" and who can market and sell Relavis eBusinessStreams CRM solutions, as well as install, configure, deploy and provide post-sales support for Relavis customers in an agreed upon territory. Premier Partners must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the marketplace and territory with a high degree of technical competency prior to being accepted into this program. This type of Partner is generally committed to a specific geographic region. A Premier Partner can resell the complete Relavis product line, and is provided ten (10) free licenses to use internally at their facility.

Relavis “Strategic” Partner

This partner community includes an elite group of firms positioned to help Relavis customers achieve the highest degree of satisfaction and success. Relavis Strategic Partners represent those organizations that have made the highest commitment to sales and service, and generally produce well over $1 million in “net to Relavis” revenues. They have a CRM practice with the ability to sell complete solutions, including hardware, software, middleware and all services to their customer base. They typically have national or even global coverage capabilities. They have their own services staff, but also leverage third party, high quality services companies in order to optimize their scalability. Top discounts are higher than in the Premier category, and several more training certifications are offered, in addition to receiving twenty-five free licenses for their own internal use.
