Efficient Group Appointment Management
Schedule is the perfect supplement to your Lotus Notes calendar. It combines activities from individual Lotus Notes/Domino calendars into one database while keeping"private" appointments separate. Each group in your organization receives its own calendar; employees can belong to more than one group so each group member receives all the information they need. After that, one click is all it takes to call up different views on employee, group, and resource availability.
Central Appointment Overview
Schedule provides all the information you need without lengthy searches. You always know where your colleagues are and what they are doing. By combining data and management, Schedule is an efficient tool for scheduling.
Rapid Scheduling
With a detailed overview of all your group members, Schedule allows you to easily arrange appointments and meetings without lengthy phone calls.
Schedule enables you to see who is available when and what they are working on. By showing when people are online, the integrated Lotus Sametime feature allows you to chat in order to immediately exchange information. A vacation view shows all the leave planned and taken by your group. You can even integrate holidays in any view to make it easier to plan tasks and projects.
Time-Saving Appointment Entry
Schedule offers input assistance with regard to appointment categories and descriptions. Support for recurring appointments, and lists of people and groups, is also provided. Your staff is instantly notified of new appointments by email.
Support for Team Scheduling
Schedule gives you an overview of all team appointments. With Schedule, you can create meaningful appointment reports by person and team; this allows you to document monthly workloads and availability of people and resources.
International Deployment
The new Language Configuration technology makes Schedule a multilingual application, so it is accessible to everyone. To translate applications and reports, simply select your language; no additional programming is necessary.
Easy Administration
With Schedule, groups can also be synchronized with the Domino Directory. Automatic updates show when someone has joined or left a group so that extra administrative work is unnecessary. Schedule also allows you to create your own group definitions and assignments. Schedule can even manage appointments for people working on remote servers and domains; the assignment is made automatically using the server name.
The integrated programming interface (API) allows you to combine individual requirements without modifying the standard product. You can employ custom extensions to contact documents in the Domino Directory. Schedule provides automatic log management to give administrators a history of all activities that occur.

Overview
Virtually all business processes can be improved with a professional workflow management system that saves time and money. With Relavis Workflow, any Notes database can be made 'workflow-capable'.
Relavis Workflow makes it possible to model and control all cross-application processes and their activities. Any organizational structures, relationships, and rules can be mapped and controlled. By managing the workflow from a central location, changes can be introduced for the whole organization; this enables processes to be automated quickly and easily: simply define the workflow and Relavis Workflow does the rest.
Transparent Structure
The configuration database defines and stores the processes and activities that make up a workflow. The control database holds the names and paths for all of the other databases that must be accessed in order to carry out the workflow.
Easy Configuration
Relavis Workflow makes it easy to assign tasks. Organizational units in the database are used to define a hierarchical structure. Positions in the database describe a person or group. By assigning activities to a position in the database rather than an actual employee, you can configure processes independently and easily change assignments at any time. Additionally, you can have backup responsibility-holders.
Relationships are defined to enable flexible configuration of assignees; for example, an employee may be "line manager of..." or "specialist for...." Any number of relationships can be configured to identify and notify everybody within the workflow.
Substitution documents are created for absentees who cannot process their tasks; the substitution can be configured for a specific timeframe and is deactivated automatically.
Automated Workflows
Assignees are notified of activities via email; any required text or links can be sent in this email, as well. Time is monitored so that no workflow is forgotten; different escalation times can be entered, and reminders are sent to the assignee or previously-defined actions are triggered.
Graphical Visualization
Information from the processes in the procedural organization is displayed in a flow chart; processes may also be animated and tested in the program.
Targeted Control
The control database takes responsibility for the actual control of workflows by accessing the organizational structures and processes stored in the configuration database.
State-of-the-Art Technology
Relavis Workflow is based on Lotus Notes, and therefore can be used in conjunction with any existing Lotus Notes application. Workflows are controlled by agents that can be started automatically or manually via a user's client.
