Implementation Methodology

From demand creation through closing and support, Relavis CRM provides you with the tools to effectively communicate, collaborate and coordinate your customer relationship management activities within your organization as well as with your customers and partners.

We break down the process of implementation into these four phases (or 4 “Cs”), working with you to achieve full-scale deployment of this powerful tool.

Coordinate

Phase one of your implementation will establish the participants, their roles and responsibilities. We will examine considerations related to infrastructure, hardware prerequisites, and will identify project team participants. We will gather information from all relevant areas of your organization. A kickoff meeting will help to define your goals and requirements, and will establish a mutual understanding of the path we will take. During the Business Requirements Definition (BRD) meeting, detailed analysis of your requirements and goals will be done, and success criteria for the implementation will be defined. Data import and integration needs will be defined and a strategy will be documented. The project team will work together to carefully define your specifications for configuration and, if needed, customization. We will collaborate to define your requirements and translate them into a specification document describing any proposed customizations, data import or integration needs.

During this process, your organization’s project manager will be playing an active and crucial role. This key team member will coordinate and act as the liaison between Relavis and all members of the project team and organization as we identify milestones, requirements, and a timeline for this implementation.

Construct

During phase two, Relavis products will be installed and configuration will begin. Customizations defined in phase one will be completed and tested. We will attend to infrastructure and technical requirements. Training planning and preparation for the initial users of the system will be completed, and your user support strategy will be established. We will begin to coordinate rollout-training plans, establish your wide-scale support strategy, and prepare all support staff with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

Certify

Phase three brings us to the initial deployment phase. During this phase, the initial users are given the chance to validate the system prior to wide scale rollout. It is an opportunity to make any fine tuning of the system, finalize rollout training plans, support strategy and prepare all support staff with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

Commence

Rollout begins! At this point, training sessions are provided, and access is established for all users, and ongoing support procedures finalized. User profiles are set up, all the fine-tuning has been accomplished, and your users are ready to use the system day-to-day and achieve greater productivity and success.
