Our Customer Resource Center is available to all of Relavis’ current maintenance customers. A web ID and password is distributed along with the product shipment and can be used by anyone within your organization. The web ID enables our maintenance customers access to our Resource Center where they can access the following sections:

Access implementation documents, methodologies, data import files and other tools that can assist you with your implementation.
The Software Library includes updated product software for download.
The Support Center Knowledge Base is a repository of available patches for base product bugs.
