Open Class Registration Details
To register for open classes, contact Beverly Anzures at 212-995-2900 or via email at banzures@relavis.com. Registration will be canceled or rescheduled if payment is not received two weeks prior to class start date. Late registration will depend upon seating availability.
Relavis reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. We recommend that you avoid purchasing non-refundable airfare.
Business Partner Registration
Business partners can also register by contacting Beverly Anzures. Please indicate that you are a business partner upon registering. Partners are required to provide each student name(s) and contact information, as well as identify if the student is fulfilling a certification requirement.
Payment Options
Payment must be made in advance and may be made via credit card at the time of registration. Please include type of credit card (AMEX, MC, VISA), cardholder name, card number and expiration date.
Payment made by company check must arrive prior to the class.

Confirmations
Confirmation will be sent at the time payment is received. Class sizes are limited to fifteen (15) students. Thus, your name may be placed on a waiting list. Registration for open seats will be confirmed at least five (5) business days prior to class start date based on a first come first serve basis.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% charge for cancellations or reschedule less than ten business days prior to class. If we are able to fill your space with someone on our waiting list, you will not be charged. A no show will be charged the full class registration fee.

Accommodations
There are several hotels in moderate price ranges located within walking distance of the IBM facilities. Many of our students have stayed at the Marriott Eastside and Metropolitan, or you can search the following website for additional hotels. www.evmedia.com/newyork. You are also welcome to contact our travel agency, Tzell Travel. Ask for Ken Fiorino at 212 944-2121 or kfiorino@tzell.com.
Transportation to the hotels is available from LaGuardia or JFK via taxi or shuttle bus. JFK is also serviced by the AirTrain.
