Training Offerings
Class descriptions and pre-requisites for our standard education offerings are provided below. All classes are instructor-led. Class sizes are kept small and follow an interactive format. All participants are provided written training materials and a CD with training databases used during the class. Students are encouraged to bring a laptop and/or to partner with fellow participants during the hands-on exercises.
eSales/eMarketing Administrator Class
This class provides important eSales and eMarketing instruction on user functionality, administration, configuration, background agents, security and distribution, maintenance and support topics. Students should include business leads, key evaluators, Lotus Notes Administrator(s), eSales and eMarketing Administrators and the implementation team members who need to achieve greater understanding of the configured application capabilities and benefits and to be able to provide ongoing maintenance and support. This class is not intended for the day-to-day user.
Prerequisites:
- Exposure to eSales and eMarketing and/or user experience.
- Lotus Notes User training or hands-on experience with Lotus Notes User functionality.
- Recommended but not mandatory: Domino System Administration.
Relavis Internals Class
The internals class is a developer’s class and is designed for those responsible for the implementation, customization and maintenance of Relavis Domino products. During the class you will become familiar with the design elements and standards used to customize Relavis modules, including key structures, database communication, shared fields, web interfaces, inheritance, agents, layouts, etc.
Prerequisites:
- Relavis 6 eSales/eService Administration, Lotus Notes Application Development, Lotusscript.
- Recommended but not mandatory: HTML, Javascript.
eService for Domino User Class
Designed for the Agent/CSR, this class introduces the concepts and functionality of the application, which includes creating of a ticket, searching for tickets and problem resolution.
This class includes functions of the manager's role. Recommended participants are Agents/CSR, Managers and Administrators. Students need to bring a laptop with the Lotus Notes Client version 6.x and about 150 MB of free disk space.
Prerequisites:
- Internet browser experience.
eService Administrator Class
Designed for the Service Desk Manager and IT administrators. This class includes the configuration and administration of the eService user environment, which includes adding users and groups, message center, defining and building escalation paths, defining and building Category Architect and editing keywords.
This class is designed for those responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the eService System. Students need to bring a laptop with Lotus Notes Client Version 6.x and about 150 MB of free disk space.
Prerequisites:
- eService User Class.
- Lotus Notes User training or hands-on experience with Lotus Notes User functionality.
- Recommended but not mandatory: Lotus Notes System Administration.
