Robert J. DeMaio
President & CEO, Board of Directors Member
As president and chief executive officer of Relavis Corporation, DeMaio is focused on the business and its markets. He is responsible for the development and execution of the plans, strategies and organization leading the company to achieve its business objectives. He directly oversees strategic planning, finance and accounting, corporate affairs, legal, human resources and general administration for Relavis. As a member of the Board of Directors, he jointly shares in the development and oversight of the business strategy and the sharing of Relavis' vision to the general public.
Formerly the chief operating officer, DeMaio brings more than 20 years of management experience to the executive team. He joined the company in 1990 as the chief financial officer.
Prior to joining Relavis, DeMaio last served as the chief financial manager of the products operations division of Handy & Harman with prior positions in marketing, treasury and accounting. He started his career with the General Electric, graduating from its Financial Management Program.
DeMaio received a bachelor's degree in finance from Boston College and a master's degree in business administration concentrating in finance and information systems from the University of Connecticut.
