Paula Cervoni

Vice President of Services & Channel Enablement

Paula joined Relavis in February of 1996 and has worked with hundreds of customers on their successful CRM initiatives. These customers cross a variety of industries including manufacturing, hi-tech, financial services, insurance, transportation, and health care. In her role as Vice President of Services and Channel Enablement, she restructured the Professional Services group, formalized processes, and defined best practices geared toward maximizing value delivered to our customers. She has more than 15 years of experience in management and IT focusing most recently on management and practice development.

Prior to joining Relavis Corporation, Paula was a Manager in Ernst & Young's Management Consulting IT Practice. She specialized in technology enablement projects utilizing Lotus Notes groupware technology.

Prior to Ernst & Young, Paula was an Advisory Analyst for Prodigy Services Company. She was responsible for both legacy and client/server systems development projects in the Business Support organization, which was responsible for customer service and account management.

Paula received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer-Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Systems from Pace University.
