Michael Baum
Executive Vice President of Sales & Services, Board of Directors Member
As executive vice president of sales and services, Baum leads all aspects of the customer's experience with Relavis Corporation. He is responsible for the development and execution of the plans, strategies and organization for sales and marketing, professional services, research and development and channel support. As a member of the Board of Directors, he jointly shares in the development and oversight of the business strategy.
Baum co-founded Relavis Corporation in 1988, when the company was called MFJ International, and with Mark Johnson transformed the company into the award-winning software publisher and service provider it is today. As the former senior vice president, Baum has been the main point of contact for customers, partners and associates.
Prior to joining Relavis Corporation, Baum served as a customer relationship manager for Applied Data Research, where he was responsible for supporting all pre-sales and post-sales activities. From 1980 to 1984, Baum served as a programmer analyst with Handy & Harman.
Baum received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Florida and received his master's degree in business administration from St. Johns University.
